On September 28, 2024, the starting flag of the “Gerasdorfer Oldtimer Classic Rally” was raised for the 5th time, where the JDOST was again supporting as a sponsor.

13 club members and friends, with 7 cars, met in front of the town hall in Gerasdorf, where after refreshment with coffee and a short driver’s briefing, the first vehicle, driven by Werner Sch. from JDOST, started at 9:00 a.m. Since 2 teams opted for “non-brand” vintage cars, 5 teams in the JDOST classification started one after the other at minute intervals from 9:34 a.m.

After a varied route and two timing tests, the participants met in Kirchberg am Wagram for lunch. After a bit of refreshment, the participants set off at 1:00 p.m. for the afternoon stage with two more timing tests and a coffee break in Matzen. The first participants arrived in Seyring for the evening event at 4:30 p.m.

After extensive discussions and a good dinner in the Seyring village inn, the winners of the epochs, as well as the overall ranking and the JDOST team ranking were announced. We congratulate Werner Sch. on his 1st place in epoch 1. In the JDOST team ranking, Franz + Monika B. took 3rd place, Wolfgang + Marion Sch. took 2nd place and Heinrich + Maria W. took 1st place.
